Is No Man's Sky 60fps On Ps4

There is no chance the game is running at 60FPS and its pretty obvious it regulary tanks to well below 30FPS which is extremely jarring to the point where its runining the experience.

Is no man's sky 60fps on ps4. Ps4 simply cant handle this game on PSVR even upto 60fps and for VR games need to run at least 90fps to avoid motion sickness. I changed my video settings to force 1080p and now the game is upscaled to 4K still looks great but FEELS smoother than it ever has.
