How to clean sticky rubber on beats headphones. Dont use aerosol sprays solvents or abrasives. To do this you have to sever each of the wires in the cable of your headphones. Apply a thin layer of Hydrogen Peroxide on the earphones plastic parts cover everything in transparent plastic and keep those in bright sunlight for 23 hours.

A small amount of baby oil can help clean sticky rubber whether a handle or possibly an old doll. I assume this step would be most effective if I used a microfibre cloth instead of a paper towel. Keep re-applying on the rubber and rubbing with a cloth.
But the EarPods are different and should survive those as the casing is made entirely of plastic however the cord should get you worrying though. You can add moisture-proof covers to the headphone cushions. Put it on a cloth rub it on the sticky part of the cable.
